and intentions and really make your yoga practice work for you.

The 1:1 class with Gwen was exactly what I needed to jump-start my own practice after a few years of stagnation. Having never had a private yoga class before I didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so grateful that I did it and that Gwen was available to work with me. I really felt like I was being taught by a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher (which, of course, Gwen is). She knew when to challenge me and when to let me rest, and the whole class was perfectly sequenced and paced. At the end, I felt energised and inspired to challenge myself more in my own practice.
