The Yoga Bliss retreats are individual experiences.
Instead of a fixed group start date, we offer what we call Freedom Retreats. You can begin on any date that works for you, depending on availability.
This gives you full control over your pace and schedule. Whether you’re here for deep rest, movement, or new adventures like breathwork and freediving, you choose what your days look like.
You might arrive solo, but it’s common to find yourself instantly connected with others on the same path, and walking away with new friendships by the end of your stay.
This is the perfect entry point if you’re curious about freediving but don’t want anything intense or time-consuming.
You’ll spend a few hours learning the basics (how to relax, stay calm underwater, and move with intention) all guided by an experienced freediving instructor. The session starts with simple theory, then moves to a relaxed pool session where you can safely get a feel for it.
There’s no certification, no pressure, and no need to “perform.” Just a chance to try something new. And if you end up loving it? You can easily upgrade to an ocean dive or go for your Level 1 certification.
This is about discovery, and you get to decide how far you want to take it.

Food is very important as it plays a vital role in helping us to function optimally.
It can be difficult in our busy world to take care of ourselves by choosing foods that support our health and wellbeing. What you eat affects your body and your mind in different ways.
During your retreat, you will have the time to explore new foods as well as new ways of eating and cleansing, but it will always be your choice and we will not ask you to follow any particular path (vegetarian, vegan, etc)
We will provide you with a healthy breakfast, free water, tea, and coffee refills at our Restaurant, which is located just next to the Yoga Shala.
