Hi, i am Lauren!

My yoga journey started over 20 years ago when I attended my first class with my grandma. As a former ballet dancer, I loved movement, but I couldn’t stay still in savasana for more than half a minute! Over time, my curiosity grew, and I became a dedicated student of yoga, drawn to its ability to balance both body and mind.

I initially practiced dynamic styles like Vinyasa and Power Yoga, but as I deepened my practice, I realized I needed to balance my Yin and Yang energies. This led me to explore more mindful practices, including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and pranayama. These practices profoundly transformed both my personal journey and my approach to teaching.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2012, and I believe that to be a great teacher, you must first and foremost be a student. I continue to learn through teacher trainings across various styles and love sharing what I’ve gained with my students. As a co-lead of the Yoga Bliss 200-hour YTT, I bring a blend of experience, passion, and dedication to all my teachings.

I’m so excited to share my love for Yin Yoga with you and look forward to guiding you on your journey into stillness, mindfulness, and balance.
