Check the daily yoga schedule
The Yoga Bliss retreats are individual experiences.
Instead of having a group starting together on one day, we have, what we like to call, Freedom Retreats.
This means that you can start at any date during the year, according to your plans and availability.
This gives you the freedom to feel your own pace, tune in to what YOU want to do during the day, and attend the number of activities you would like.
When people travel this way, meeting each other on this retreat can be such a gift, and suddenly, without you knowing it, you may find yourself surrounded by people to share this journey with.
Lisa Chamberlain (E-RYT500 - YACEP)
Lisa is the Retreat Coordinator. She has studied a myriad of styles
of Yoga from different lineages all around the globe and so her teaching style is an
amalgam of what she considers a traditional Hatha style of Yoga combined with the
fluidity of a more modern Vinyasa Flow style. She loves to challenge her students to go
beyond any perceived limitations in the safe and supportive atmosphere offered by her
varied classes. In her spare time she enjoys a variety of different physical pursuits from
surfing to handstands to, more recently Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Lisa is more than happy to
answer any questions for you throughout your stay and is often even up for exploring the
island with you when her schedule permits.
Gwen has been practising yoga for more than a decade and her daily yoga practise oscillates between
Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. Her teaching style is infused with the
essence of the traditional practices of yoga while making it accessible to all. She
believes that yoga is for everyone. Gwen has lived in Nusa Lembongan since 2015 and knows all the great spots! You might see her around the yoga classes or
the island with her 4 years old boy and her 2 doggies.”

Food is very important as it plays a vital role in helping us to function optimally.
It can be difficult in our busy world to take care of ourselves by choosing foods that support our health and wellbeing. What you eat affects your body and your mind in different ways.
During your retreat, you will have the time to explore new foods as well as new ways of eating and cleansing, but it will always be your choice and we will not ask you to follow any particular path (vegetarian, vegan, etc)
We will provide you with a healthy breakfast, free water, tea, and coffee refills at our Restaurant, which is located just next to the Yoga Shala.
