With the Course in Pranayama and Yogic Meditation from Yoga Bliss Lembongan, I truly found an ideal ongoing education course for my Yoga Career as a Hatha Yoga Teacher. The Course consists of a well-balanced amount of theory and daily practice. I want to do some further education with Yogabliss!
The traditional meditation and pranayama course was wonderful, it really helped me to establish a daily practise that has made a huge difference to my personal sadhana. It was a joy to learn from Gwen who is clearly a knowledgable, experienced and dedicated practitioner. The course content is detailed and interesting and has many different layers that can been added when you feel ready. Thank you!
I have been attending the Pranayama and Yogic Meditation online course. The course was self-paced, content was well organised, comprehensive and well designed. I have felt comfortable going at my own speed and have really been able to absorb the lessons. I already had a good background in Pranayama and meditation but this course allowed me to deepen my knowledge. I would recommend this course to any yoga teachers or yoga students wanting to expand their knowledge.
One of the greatest benefits of this online training is that you can begin and end it as it suits you. This course is already fully available online.
