Private yoga class

Although practicing in a group yoga class brings its own rewards and unique energy, it can sometimes yield a tendency to compare our practice with that of our fellow practitioners, and in the worst case scenario – arouse a touch of competitiveness too.

Since we’re all blessed with unique skeletons and body structures, a pose that benefits one person might cause discomfort to another.

In a private 1-on-1 yoga class you’ll have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice and tune in to what your body needs.

You’ll work closely with your teacher to create a bespoke tailor-made class with poses to stretch and strengthen specific areas of your body that need it, and breathing and meditation techniques that will help tackle your lifestyle off the mat too.

Yoga was traditionally taught one-on-one and whether a weekly necessity or an adhoc indulgence, it’s the perfect way to address your personal needs and intentions and really make your yoga practice work for you.

Where ?

Private Yoga classes can be done online via Zoom or Google Meeting or in-person at our studio in Nusa Lembongan (Bali)


– In-person in Nusa Lembongan = IDR500.000 (30 euros) for 1 to 2 persons

– Online 1hour class = 50 euros

– Online 5hour package (valid 3 months) = 200 euros

Yoga Teacher Mentorship

Embarking on the journey to become a Yoga Teacher is a life long commitment. As we deepen our practice or even start teaching, we start to realise how much more there is to know.

It is true that there is a lot of online free resources available but it can be quite demanding to find the exact information you need or simply to know where to start and choosing a mentor.

Your decision to click here, on this page, being curious about how would it be to take private classes or be supported and mentored by an experienced Yoga Teacher is a beautiful start. If you are ready to dedicate some of your time, energy and resources to your personal and professional development, you are at the right place!

It is my privilege to mentor aspiring and certified yoga teachers since 4 years already and I would love to work with you so you too can establish a daily personal sadhana, explore new ways to sequence, teach and cue and be guided on your path to integrate the philosophy of yoga and the principles of yoga anatomy in your practice and teaching.

Our Monthly Mentorship Program includes:

– Unlimited guidance, questions and discussions through emails or message with myself in between weekly call 🙂

– Access to a community of like minded yoga practitioners and teachers

– Weekly 60 to 90min call depending on YOUR needs

– Monthly Mentorship Program: 150 euros/month

– Dedicated Yogi Program (includes 3 months of Monthly Mentorship Program) = 400 euros

– Mentorship A La Carte: 1x 60 minute call and 1 week of unlimited support through emails or message = 75 euros


Hi, my name is Gwen!

You are at the perfect place if you want to invest in yourself, develop your yoga practice and perhaps your teaching skills.

I believe that we are all very unique and so is our yoga practice and teaching. We have different bodies, different experiences and we can all develop tools to find our inner peace but also to help others become calmer and more grounded.

If you wish to develop your practice, I will help you design a practice that suits YOU and that can include some or all of those components: kriyas, asana, pranayama and meditation.

If you are following our Mentorship Program, you will be able to ask any questions you have! You might wander how to adapt your group class when a women in her second trimester of pregnancy shows up or how to integrate the vayus in your teaching and includes more themes or how to create and manage your own yoga studio. Maybe you just want to advanced your asana and learn some intermediate to advance arm balances or inversions, how to practice them and how to teach them. I would understand, I love arm balances and inversions too!

Whatever you need, I will be here supporting you.

As a little background, I am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Traditional Pranayama, Yogic Meditation, Guided Meditation, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy and Marketing.

Being a student for more than a decade and an experienced yoga  teacher will help me tailor the perfect practice for you whatever age, condition or even styles of asana you practice. I am thrilled to share my knowledge with you so don’t hesitate to connect with me.
