Yoga Intensive Retreat

We at Yoga Bliss understand the importance of dedicating time to personal growth and development. We also know how difficult it can be to carve out time from work and other obligations, so making the most of your time away is imperative if you wish to return feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. That’s why we have created this 12 day Yoga Intensive Retreat.  We want you to make the most of your time away, without having to stress over logistics or planning daily activities. 

It is no secret that the ancient practices of yoga; asana, pranayama, meditation, and mitahara (diet), are the foundations for remarkable health and vitality. Regardless of your age, physical ability, or previous experience, this retreat offers something for everyone. 

Whether you’re newer to yoga and looking to gain tools so that you can establish a daily practice, or you’re a seasoned practitioner who’s looking to deepen or advance your personal practice, we look forward to working with you so that you can surpass your goals.

The shared journey offered by this yoga retreat offers the unparalleled opportunity for you to bond with others who have a similar mindset. You may begin as strangers, but by the end of these 12 days you will have gained life-long friends from all over the world. The maximum number of guests accepted is 16, so there is plenty of diversity, but a smaller number allows for more intimacy amongst the group compared to other retreats that take in 25-40 guests at a time. 
During your retreat at Yoga Bliss, other than the twice daily classes, you will have the opportunity to join our daily workshops that are dedicated to showing you just how much your body is capable of. The schedule is designed to give you a balance between structure and freedom so you have the ability to add in any other activities you may wish to partake in while you are visiting the island. 

All the classes are taught by our experienced, international teachers, who are dedicated to helping you establish a daily routine of health and wellness, and/or to deepen your existing yoga practice.

This course will be held at Yoga Bliss Lembongan, located on Nusa Lembongan island, 30 minutes away from Bali by boat.  As a lot of travellers say Lembongan is similar to what Bali used to be 20 years ago. White sandy beach, blue clear water, quiet and a perfect spiritual place.  This island paradise begin to be a must to visit from Bali away from the traffic jam or the hawkers. A perfect place to relax, where the only things to do are diving, snorkelling, surfing, sunbathing and of course yoga.


Yoga Bliss  is in the heart of Nusa Lembongan close to all commodities. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away, but as you will see everything is really close on the island as its size is approximately 7km². 

We have two beautiful shala: one indoor shala with air conditioning plus an equipment room (for our mountain of props) and an open air shala equipped with props and fan to enjoy the wind.  We will be using the indoor shala for the duration of the training.


Food is important as it’s what keeping us functioning. 

We choose what we eat but sometimes we loose track and it can be hard in our busy world to take care of ourselves. 

What you eat affects your body and your mind in different way. Green Garden Restaurant will provide you 1 breakfast everyday of healthy local food. 

The Restaurant is located just at the front of the shala. 

There are plenty of other restaurants nearby.


All the rooms at Green Garden Bungalows are on site and offer:

– Access to the swimming-pool

– Private terrace

– Private semi-outdoor bathroom with garden and hot water

– Air conditioning, mosquito net, WIFI, fridge, kettle and an umbrella. 

If you choose the shared room, you will share these facilities with one other student. In this last case, you will occupied a twin bed room and have of course your own bed. 


Yoga Bliss offers an inspirational YTT in a beautiful location with a great connection to nature. The standard of the teaching and the knowledge imparted is next to none and I have come away feeling fully prepared to continue my self practice and teach yoga to people all over the world.

Settled in the nusa Lembongan island. Away from the main road but close walk to the beach. Yoga bliss is little Oasis. Gwen and Lisa share the knowledge of yoga and all what is it. They guide you in helping you to understand the philosophy and anatomy of yoga. They open up a little door of knowledge behind yoga that makes you leave wanting to go deeper and deeper into this world of knowledge.

Amazing experience! This really was life changing. The course content was really comprehensive and Lisa and Gwen are incredibly knowledgeable tutors. As well as it being a great academic experience it also provided a catalyst for personal growth and change. I was really impressed with the program and the level of expectation in the students. The small class size of 16 was great in promoting a feeling of family and unity. An awesome group of like minded people there for the same outcome. It was great to get training on both yin style and yang style yoga. I feel I have come away with a lot to offer as a yoga teacher. The philosophy component has changed my whole personal practice and how I feel about yoga day to day on and off the mat. The anatomy component was really comprehensive.
