Ashtanga Vinyasa: A traditional set sequence that improve strength and flexibility at the same time.

Gentle flow: Simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. 

Morning Flow: A soft, gentle and energising flow to start your day. This class allows you to slowly warm up and energise the body leaving the class ready for an amazing day.

Restorative Yoga: is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to promote relaxation, health, and well-being.

Sunset flow: A more calmer and softer flow performed around Sunset time. Aiming to bring calmness and balance to the body before sleep.

Vinyasa: Creative yoga sequence following your breath. Active flow!

Yin: A non moving practice, holding mainly mat based poses for longer amounts of time, anywhere between 1-6 minutes. Focusing on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness.
